Twitter hours are scheduled events that allow you to contribute and interact with others by adding a # hashtag to your tweet.
They are typically held at a specific date and time and are a great way of promoting your business and services through social interaction. To get the most from this platform, I don’t recommend you go in all guns blazing “come and buy my widgets #HashtagHour” as that will not do your business any good at all.
You should be polite and helpful and try and add value to the group. For example, a financial advisor may share money saving advice, etc. This way you are building relationships, trust, and gaining exposure for your brand.
